DAILY
The pieces we live with most often deserve the greatest care.
Daily brings together functional ceramics made for the ordinary moments of home — the bowl held in both hands, the cup reached for each morning, the pieces that gradually become familiar through use.
Each is made in small, evolving batches rather than as a permanent production line. I begin with a form, explore it through clay, surface, glaze and mark-making, and make a limited group while the idea holds my attention. Once that group is complete, I move on. Variations are part of the process, and no two pieces are expected to be entirely alike. There is no continuous inventory and no production schedule. New pieces appear when they are made and will be released in small collections as they become available.
Daily is about making fewer things, slowly — objects with enough character to be noticed, and enough ease to become part of everyday life.
